“Building Athlete” April 5th – June 30th
(Total 13 weeks) – 3 Phases

1. Athlete Foundation (4 weeks) 
April 5th – April 29th = 16Hrs = $460

2. Building Strength (6 weeks) 
May 2nd – June 10th = 24Hrs = $690

3. Speed & Power (3 weeks)

Elite athletes understand the importance of year round training. To ensure your continuous growth, your spring training is the most critical period in preparation for tryouts and upcoming hockey season.

Benicky’s training system will integrate your specific needs into results producing training program. Your performance growth is linked to your “body learning readiness”. This system is based on synergetic training that is combining sport psychology, functional conditioning and skating skills development. We have been using various environments with multi-sensory stimulus to create desired performance results.

This professional program requires your full commitment “be the best you can be” is expected! Our aim is not only to develop high quality hockey players but also high quality leaders. We strive to build strong character, confidence and self-esteem in all participants. We teach our athletes that discipline; focus and passion are necessary qualities to achieve success not only in hockey but also in life.

These intense spring program runs in small groups (max 8 – 10) where each player has the maximum opportunity to flourish, as did in the past: Alexander Kerfoot, Seth Jones, or Connor Bedard…
