“Building Athlete” March 31st - June 23rd
(Total 12 weeks) – 3 Phases

To ensure your continuous growth, your spring training is the most critical period in preparation for tryouts and upcoming hockey season.

This professional program requires your full commitment “Be the best you can be” is expected!

Our aim is not only to develop high quality hockey players, but also high quality leaders. We strive to build strong character, confidence and self-esteem in all participants. We teach our athletes that discipline; focus and passion are necessary qualities to achieve success not only in hockey, but also in life.

This intense Spring program will be run in small groups (8- 10), athletes must be 12 and older in order to maintain the group intensity, as well to make sure each athlete gets the best training out of their session.

The players will be taken through three different phases to achieve maximum strength, speed and intensity to flourish, as did these athlete’s in the past:  Alexander Kerfoot, Connor Bedard, Seth Jones.
